When you place an order on Pashmsutra, you’re making an offer. Pashmsutra reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Pashmsutra confirms acceptance

Your order is only confirmed once we’ve received your payment and sent you a confirmation. So please double-check your order before submitting it. Once it’s accepted, we may not be able to cancel it.

If we decide not to accept your order, or if we make changes or cancel it, we’ll try to let you know using the email, billing address, or phone number you provided.

All purchases follow our Refund Policy — you can return or exchange items only according to that policy.

By ordering, you confirm that the products are for your personal or household use, not for resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Our prices, discounts, and promotions can change at any time without notice. The final price you pay is the one listed at the time you place your order and will be shown in your order confirmation email.

Our product prices already include India’s local GST. Shipping in India as well as outside India is free of charge. Prices are available in multiple currencies of the world for your convenience. The Prices are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) thus, any International Import Duties, Taxes etc are not included in the Product Pricing. These, if applicable, will be charged separately by your country’s customs.

Your order confirmation will show the full details and can be saved for reference. If you’re paying by credit card, your bank statement will reflect the total amount in your local currency.

Please transfer only the exact amount mentioned in your order confirmation, using the unique reference number provided. Each order must be paid for individually

Prices in our online store may be different from those in physical stores or on other websites that sell our products.
Sometimes, we run promotions that come with their own rules. If there’s a conflict between those rules and these Terms, the promotion rules will apply.
