Return & Refund Policy

At Pashmsutra, each shawl, wrap or muffler is artisan made and unique. Natural variations in colour, fibre or weave are hallmarks of handmade production and authenticity, not imperfections or defects. As a luxury brand, we maintain a careful return policy to protect the heritage and craftsmanship behind each product. 

 

No Return For Change Of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

1. Change of mind or personal preference
2. Colour differences due to screen display variation
3. Minor irregularities in weave, texture or embroidery (which represent a handcrafted product)

Returns are only accepted for:

1. Manufacturing defects
2. Transit defects

 

Your mandatory reporting window is 48 to 72 hours after delivery with

1. Clear photographs of the defect
2. Unboxing video (required as proof of any damage claim)

 

Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be accepted

 

Return Eligibility

To qualify for inspection:

1. The product must be unused, unwashed and unworn
2. All tags, labels and the authenticity certificate must be intact
3. Packaging must be preserved

 

After We Receive: 

Once inspected (within 7-10 business days), we will offer:

1. Repair (recommended for sustainability)
2. Replacement, if the same is available
3. Refund, if repair and replacement is not possible.

Your refund, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.

Custom Orders, monogrammed pieces are NON RETURNABLE, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed
